BIO:

I am a Masters student of Human Computer Interaction in real life (RL). A research paper on virtual reality got me to Second Life in February of 2009. It was love at first click. The possibility of exploring SIMs from all around the world truly excited me.

But the most important reason why I stayed in SL is the SL fashion scene. I am very fashion conscious in RL, so it was only natural that I brought the same to SL. After all, which fashionista wouldn’t love the idea of moving a few sliders to shine in any outfit!

I started taking modeling seriously after attending a Model’s Workshop session that Frolic Mills conducted early this year. He talked about the importance of bringing RL style to SL and gave us all some amazing tips. Soon after that session I enrolled myself in and graduated from GIA, MODA, and EVANE modeling schools. These schools, each distinct in their teaching style, gave me the basics of being a good SL model.

To be the best, one needs to understand fashion, style, and art – qualities I believe I possess. But the biggest trait that I believe I have is the passion to put in my best and a willingness to work hard to achieve what I aim for. In my nine months in SL, everything that I have achieved is because of sheer dedication, hard work, and respect for people who know what they are doing.
